Welcome to PM Pathways
Based on a system of performance management indicators, pm.pathways enables educators to identify opportunities for improvement, select appropriate interventions and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the interventions. This tool is intended to focus educators on high priority goals and outcomes and specific actions they can take to intervene for success throughout a school year.
Key components of PM Pathways:

Module 1 is a dashboard / scorecard system based on performance indicators that help educators focus on key outcomes and monitor critical processes to achieve desired results.

Module 2 allows users to browse a database of researched interventions. Users can read summaries of supporting research as well as feedback from other users to help inform their intervention selection.

Users create and monitor an implementation plan in Module 3 by selecting students to receive the intervention and identifying parameters for the implementation.
